Al.ive skin Officially Launches With A Consumer-First Focus: Prioritising Community Over Convention

Across two days, being Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th May 2025, Brand etc. produced and hosted an immersive pop up brand experience on behalf of Al.ive Skin in collaboration with neighbourhood cafe Nine Yards Armadale, Melbourne. Eschewing traditional showroom or media launch venues, co-founders Alisa and Lysandra Fraser of The Block fame trusted Brand etc.’s vision to introduce the collection in a high touch point, consumer-facing setting, welcoming media, retail partners, and most importantly their community.

In a market where consumer confidence is under pressure and spending is increasingly intentional, Brand etc.’s direct to consumer launch is both rare and remarkably well timed. While many brands focus on trade first rollouts and top tier influencer campaigns, Al.ive skin is meeting consumers where they are, literally.

This approach puts people before polish, and real-life feedback before algorithms. It reflects a growing industry trend: brands that prioritise transparency, connection, and experience are earning trust and sales in a way that traditional hype marketing can’t match.
